Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available for eligible orders delivered to serviceable locations across Bangladesh. With COD, you pay the confirmed order total when your parcel is delivered.

Your final payable amount may include:

• Product price
• Applicable delivery charge
• Any confirmed discount or free shipping offer

The final amount will be shown before your order is confirmed.

COD availability

Cash on Delivery may depend on your delivery location, courier service availability, order verification, and any order-specific limitation shown before confirmation.

If COD is unavailable for your address or order, our support team will inform you before dispatch.

Payment at delivery

Please pay only the confirmed amount shown in your order information. Opening, trying on, or inspecting a product before payment is subject to courier rules and is available only where clearly stated by us.

Online payment methods

At present, online payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and debit or credit cards are not available at checkout. When additional payment methods become available, they will be clearly displayed during checkout, and this page will be updated accordingly.

Refunds for COD orders

For an approved refund on a Cash on Delivery order, we may issue the refund through a method confirmed with you, such as a bank transfer or mobile financial service transfer. Please review our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and processing timelines.

Payment safety

• Do not send an advance payment unless an official payment option is clearly shown on our website.
• Do not share OTPs, PINs, or account passwords with anyone claiming to represent Zinnia.
